SUMMARY: Safely performs the manufacturing, packaging and labeling processes used in the Clean Room productively to ensure quality products are shipped on time to our customers. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Performs production activities both independently and with a team in a safe and efficient manner to ensure that quality product can be produced to ship on-time to our customers. Follows procedures and work instructions to ensure the integrity and quality of our customers product is not compromised. Actively promote and drive a culture of safety. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs housekeeping duties, clean room monitoring and production assignments within the department. Works with team to package and/or manufacture product. Performs line clearance activities. . Correctly fills out required paperwork and performs ERP transactions to maintain lot trace ability. Set-up and operate heat-sealing equipment, de-gating and assembly fixtures. Operates injection molding machines, trims and visually inspects parts using a microscope and performs basic dimensional inspections using gages or calipers. Keeps work area clean, orderly and safe.   Position Requirements EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, EDUCATION AND TRAINING: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months related manufacturing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a clean room manufacturing setting is a PLUS! Experience with manufacturing of medical devices. Ability to communicate and work effectively with a team. Basic computer skills. Detail oriented. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
