SCHEDULE: 11 pm - 7:30 am, Sunday - Thursday

PAY: Starting at $15.65 an hour plus GREAT benefits.

SUMMARY:

Safely performs the manufacturing, packaging and labeling processes used in the Clean Room productively to ensure quality products are shipped on time to our customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Performs production activities both independently and with a team in a safe and efficient manner to ensure that quality product can be produced to ship on-time to our customers.
  • Follows procedures and work instructions to ensure the integrity and quality of our customers product is not compromised.
  • Actively promote and drive a culture of safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs housekeeping duties, clean room monitoring and production assignments within the department.
  • Works with team to package and/or manufacture product.
  • Performs line clearance activities. .
  • Correctly fills out required paperwork and performs ERP transactions to maintain lot trace ability.
  • Set-up and operate heat-sealing equipment, de-gating and assembly fixtures.
  • Operates injection molding machines, trims and visually inspects parts using a microscope and performs basic dimensional inspections using gages or calipers.
  • Keeps work area clean, orderly and safe.
 
Position Requirements

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months related manufacturing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a clean room manufacturing setting is a PLUS!
  • Experience with manufacturing of medical devices.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must be able to read, understand, and carry out detailed written and verbal work instructions.
