Incrediblebank is looking for a Senior Financial Specialist to join the Wausau, WI team for our Weston Branch.

Main Duties

Customer Service: Engages customers and focuses on the Incredible Customer Experience (ICE) with every interaction.

Consumer Lending: Works with applicants on entire consumer lending process.

Customer Accounts: Open and maintenances consumer and business accounts.

Customer Relationships/Referrals: Matches customer's needs to bank's products/services.

Customer Transactions: Processes customer's banking transactions.

Other: Helps with projects and community events.  May oversee vault and/or coin machine.  May help other departments as needed.

 

Education/Experience

Associate degree required and two to five years related experience and/or training.

Prior previous customer service, sales, and banking experience a plus.

 

Business Hours

Bank is open Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:30PM and Saturday  9:00AM-Noon. Position is full-time, 40 hours per week and schedule varies.
