The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for coordination and execution of various daily administrative duties in CSA, Inc.’s headquarters office. This position provides administrative support to upper management in a fast-paced environment. All duties must be performed in accordance with client and company policies and standard operating procedures, following allstate and federal regulations. Our team is looking for individuals who are dependable, optimistic, problem solvers who lead by example.

Overview of Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all business licenses in compliance with local and state regulations
  • Manage and track inventory company-wide
  • Provide administrative support to upper management
  • Build and establish relationships with clients and prospective clients
  • Management of various marketing platforms, to include company social media accounts and internal/external company newsletters
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings
  • Assist in development of proposals documents and PowerPoint presentations
  • Collaboration and coordination with regional managers
  • Data entry, filing, drafting correspondence, and other administrative tasks
  • Represent the company professionally with an emphasis on customer service
  • Develop and maintain filing systems
  • Answer phones and greet visitors and staff
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of administrative experience
  • Advanced MS Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Google Suite
  • Proficient in English grammar and professional writing
  • Typing speed of 50WPM
  • Phone and email etiquette
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstration of ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Bilingual/biliterate is a plus

 

Education and Certification Requirements

  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Typing certificate reflecting typing speed of at least 50 WPM
    • Certificates must be dated within 12 months of the application
    • Online typing certificates are not accepted
  • Associate and or bachelor’s degree a plus

 

Physical Functions and Working Environment

  • Frequent extended sitting
  • Climbing stairs, standing, and walking
  • Occasional bending, twisting, and kneeling
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
  • Frequent keyboarding, reaching, and grasping

 

Other

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide and able to provide genuine documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States by this Company. I also understand this Company employs only individuals who are legally eligible
  • Employment is conditioned on successful completion of background check
  • If prior military, must provide DD214 discharge document with discharge status upon job offer

 

 
Pay $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
