Centered around our cultural norms, the Project Management team will deliver an unsurpassed client experience. As the Manager of this team you will help lead them to success by ensuring efficient client centered processes are created and documented, meeting with team members on a regular basis to coach them and help remove roadblocks, as well as monitoring the work of the team. At times you may be required to manage some client projects due to escalations or other situations but the main focus on this role is to lead the team to success. Cultural Norms: What are the general responsibilities of the position? Focused on leading the Project Management team, managing the work across the team, and working collaboratively with other Ascentis teams. Work closely with each of the team members to ensure they have support and guidance in order to meet and exceed team and individual goals. Collaborate with Sales, other Professional Services leaders, Product and Support. Create efficient, scalable processes for the Project Management team to ensure a consistent client experience across all product lines. Assist with client escalations. Help team members grow professionally and gain new skills and knowledge while helping them achieve their own career goals is an important part of this role.   Position Requirements What are we looking for in a candidate?
