Director of Sales & Marketing 


Lakeview Village is seeking an experienced, hospitality-focused Sales and Marketing Director at our nonprofit senior living community. We are looking for a compassionate leader and entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include independent-living direct sales; managing team performance and occupancy goals; budget management; and lead generation, including marketing, advertising, and referral development. This full-time, exempt position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Shift hours: Business hours with evening and weekend availability to meet with prospects at optimal times.

Lakeview Village is the largest single-site senior living community in Kansas. Our scenic, 100-acre community offers 500 independent living residences, 23 assisted living suites, and 38 inpatient rehabilitation suites, 120 bed skilled nursing facility, as well as an outpatient rehabilitation clinic.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of five years’ combined experience in marketing and sales.
  • Must have sales and marketing experience in the senior living field with a minimum of two years management experience supervising direct-reports.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and lead management software.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and has the ability to communicate and to present in large or small groups.
  • Previous experience in developing and managing a budget.
