Property Manager 


The property manager is responsible for the complete operation of office and retail income property including bottom-line financial performance, directing on site personnel (if applicable) and providing operational and financial oversight and direct. Markets property to the community.

Position Requirements

Professional background should include a minimum of 3 years commercial real estate experience.  This candidate should have solid budgeting and financial reporting skills, along with strong leadership and excellent organizational skills.  Excel, Word, Internet and Property Management Software (preferably Yardi) required.  Lease negotiating skills are a plus!   Four year college degree and professional certifications (i.e. CPM, RPA, CSM) preferred.
