The Registered Dietitian is responsible to the Director of Clinical Services to provide consultation and instruction in appropriate nutrition for clients. Assess client's' nutritional status and recommend special nutritional interventions to the physician's Plan of Care. Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, the credentialing agency of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; and license or certification by the state where practices, if required.   Position Requirements 100% travel necessary on a daily basis. At least one year previous experience, preferably in home health care or hospice. Current knowledge of principles, concepts and methodology of nutrition appropriate for ill clients.
