Job Description:

The Director of Content Strategy is accountable for creating and driving content strategy to improve engagement and health outcomes across the multi-channel user journey. Responsibilities includecurating, adapting, and creating content according to MOBE program needs according to clinical guidelines, fact-based principles, and care pathways .

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a vision and strategy for content and design at MOBE and develop/align the processes for design and dissemination.
  • Grow content editorial, and design capabilities.
  • Develop/refine content, editorial calendars, content management systems, and design systems.
  • Manage design and content operations, including project load management, editorial calendars, clear goal setting, and allocation of designers, content strategists, researchers and other team members.
  • In collaboration with Marketing, responsible for ensuring consistency in voice and brand across all MOBE content.
  • Create visibility and drive internal adoption of content, ensuring content is pulled through all channels.
  • Deliver high-quality, high-impact work in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and software development teams to shepherd the content/design vision through implementation and release.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment around design strategy, content strategy as it intersects with feature definition and the product roadmap.
  • Influence decision-making through clear communication and demonstration of how design and content deliverables create an engaging, effective experience that successfully balances requirements, constraints, and user needs.
 
Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience with content strategy, management and creation for health care
  • 8+ years of experience in UX writing or online publishing in the health space
  • 6+ years of experience managing or leading design and/or content teams or equivalent
  • Fluency in best practices for web-based and mobile information architecture and design
  • Experience with content architecture, content management systems and marketing automation systems
  • Passion to constantly explore and evaluate the best design and content tools, processes, and practices
  • Positive, self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Experience managing and leading fast paced teams
  • Background in consulting, wellness or health Insurance
  • Experience with startup organizations a plus
