A Brand Director at Winc is the foundation of our house of brands. You are sharp, dynamic, and strategic; leading the go-to-market strategies of our core brands and activities. Lead individual brands and partner opportunities
Lead planning and implementations of go-to-market strategies
Drive the development and execution of brand strategy and brand foundational work.
Work collaboratively to set brand goals and KPIs
Lead the vision and drive sustainable market share and profitable growth, based on in-depth competitive landscape and consumer insights
Support planning, scheduling, and execution for product launches, partnerships, and promotions
Supports merchandising of monthly club releases in owned channels (social media, email, sms, newsletters, blog, etc)
Collaborate cross-functionally to increase customer satisfaction and brand affinity
Support brand expansion efforts by understanding market dynamics and adapting content and product offerings
Develop communication strategy across key websites and owned touchpoints (social media, email, sms, newsletters, blog, etc)
Collaborate with product team in the briefing and development of on and off-premise selling tools, communication, training, and promotion of our products
Ensure executive buy-in
Summarize sales and key learnings to identify business insights, actionable takeaways, and best practices and help implement those to the cross-functional teams
Mentor and develop the brand marketing team
Manage external partners and agencies
Lead Ad hoc projects and innovation initiatives

6+ years experience working in a digital or brand capacity
