We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Accounts Payable Clerk. This multi-faceted role will assist the accounting department with the accounts payable duties ranging from billing, invoicing and check processing.

• Vendor Supply Orders and Contracted Work
• Review all Statements
• Petty Cash (Monthly Reimbursement and Reconciliation for each Property)
• File all invoices
• Inventory
• New vendor set-up and registration
• Check processing
• Sorting and filing mail
• Electronic billing
