Assist in the implement the Project Execution Plan. Assist with preparation of the Project status reports. Assist with accountability of the success of the Project in terms of timetable, costs and achievement of objectives. Re-appraise Project priorities and scheduled activities, and subsequently develop and recommend changes to the Project Plan. Assist with the oversight of the production and maintenance of all Project plans. Assit with the maintaince of the Project Library Monitors records and reports to the Project Manager/Directors the progress of the project against plan General project administration activities Ensures Project facilities are available as required for the project team, including computer resources, staff support, program/technology needs, etc. Assists the project manager in the development of the project processes as required Provides project infrastructure templates, for e.g. agenda's, meetings, minutes, etc Assists with facilitating training for team with client, train any and all new hires after initial project launch as needed if requested by the project manager Provide guidance/training for any quality items as identified by client and/or manager Development and maintenance of Client Relationship Assists project manager with loan assignments, pipeline management and keeping loans within SLA Assist project manager with conducting and facilitating internal quality control audits Daily management of staff, handle questions from project, etc. Assist Project manager with recruiting, hiring and training Periodic production as necessary to meet goals Assist with preparation of monthly project reports and weekly updates Ensure that iQA is conducting QC reviews on a minimum of 10% of all team production and more as necessary (including 100% of new employee loans) Maintain acceptable quality rating for the team as defined by the client Some additional duties that may be assigned by the Project Manager or Director as needed.   Position Requirements Must have at least 5 -7 years of front Line underwriting experience. Must have 3-5 years mortgage underwriting supervisory experience.
