Share Email Opening Title Customer Care Representative/Lobby Screener - BiLingual Required  Description Wyandot BHN is seeking a dedicated full time bi-lingual Customer Care Representative/Lobby Screener to assist consumer's using our services. The Customer Care Representative is responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, data entry, sending faxes, processing mail and payments and provides services to meet the needs of the consumers and staff. Essential Job Duties: Screen visitors and route clients entering lobby. Make appointment reminder calls to clients and document the call in the medical records system. Interact positively with staff and clients when scheduling appointments, checking in clients, communicating wait times and collecting co-pay/self-pays. Responsible for the review of client walk in sheets. Manages Request and copy current insurance cards and request updated demographic information from clients. Make necessary updates to the client chart and send insurance cards to med records for scanning to the chart. Responsible to assist in maintaining a tidy lobby area. Will assist with identification of clients who may escalate and need immediate assistance notifying staff. May assist with the identification of hazards in or around the building. Handles information as appropriate, maintaining confidentiality according to HIPPA standards. Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner. Protects confidential information according to HIPPA standards; verifying existence of appropriate releases. Photocopies requested materials as needed.   Position Requirements Job Requirements High School Diploma required Bi-Lingual preferred but not required Requires the ability to travel between Wyandot, Inc. locations so valid driver’s license and proof of auo insurance required. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) High level of attention to detail required Able to learn specific operation and scheduling requirements of each location.
