What You Would Be Doing Primary job responsibilities include supervising and managing staff providing therapeutic respite services and community-based health services through Community Based ABA program at Boundless Behavioral Health. Working with individuals served, parents/guardians, clinical staff, and community partners; the Program Manager facilitates access to care and addresses barriers. This position reports to the Administrator of Community ABA Services and works closely with all other departments. This is a full-time, salaried position. Supporting Fairfield, Licking, Morgan and Perry Counties. Some travel required. Primary Job Responsibilities Supervises Community ABA therapeutic respite providers including managing schedules, service delivery and all personnel actions including overseeing training and professional development of staff. This includes but is not limited to all ADP functions for staff, organizing annual goal setting and reviews and completing all disciplinary actions as needed. Develops, supervises and monitors Organizational Behavior Management systems to effectively run the daily operations of the program and enhance staff performance from the guidance of the Administrator of Community ABA Services Completes and / or facilitates the completion of Diagnostic Assessments, Individual Services Plans and Needs Assessments in conjunction with the Care Coordination Team to support the integration of all relevant treatment in conjunction with therapeutic respite and other community aba services. Works with all relevant stakeholders, including individuals served, families/guardians, county partners and other community partners as part of an integrated treatment team. Is responsible for the review and training of staff on all county plans and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all incidents/issues to the correct reporting body. Completes daily billing audits and performing month-end activities for the program Responsible to instill a positive and supportive culture by utilizing the agency’s 30 fundamentals and coach all staff to share the same commitment Works closely with intake department, psychiatry team, and psychology team to promote coordination of care and integration of clinical services. Maintains all required clinical records and submits appropriate documents for statistical reports with adherence to program standards in social work. Attends meetings and professional development activities as required. Monitors budget and productivity for staff. Supports the growth and development of clinical services and integration of services across the agency. All other assigned duties.   Position Requirements Required Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Counseling or equivalent Licensed Social Worker, or equivalent, with the State of Ohio Supervisory Responsibility: This position is directly responsible for the supervision of Community Based ABA Respite staff.
