Whether in the integrated clinic setting, where a clinician might offer assessment, in-the-moment interventions, coping skills or referrals for additional services, or in a more traditional setting where a clinician would engage in assessment, diagnosis, individual counseling or group counseling, these licensed behavioral health providers seek ways to improve health outcomes and promote behavioral and mental health for patients at Northern Nevada HOPES. Northern Nevada HOPES is a Federally Qualified Health Center and Patient Centered Medical Home.  We are a Drug-Free Workplace and utilize E-Verify to very work eligibility.     Position Requirements Completion of a Masters level program and licensure (eligibility) in the State of Nevada as a LCSW, LFMT or CPC required.   Therapeutic experience within the clinical setting required. Experience working in an integrated Behavioral Health/Primary Care model or with our population preferred.
