Seeking An Addition to our Behavioral Health Team

Our Behavioral Health Therapist promotes behavioral and mental health as an integral aspect of wellness for patients at Northern Nevada HOPES. Whether in the integrated clinic setting, where a clinician might offer assessment, in-the-moment interventions, coping skills or referrals for additional services, or in a more traditional setting where a clinician would engage in assessment, diagnosis, individual counseling or group counseling, these licensed behavioral health providers seek ways to improve health outcomes and promote behavioral and mental health for patients at Northern Nevada HOPES.

Position Requirements
  • Completion of a Masters level program and licensure (eligibility) in the State of Nevada as a LCSW, LFMT or CPC required.  
  • Therapeutic experience within the clinical setting required.
  • Experience working in an integrated Behavioral Health/Primary Care model or with our population preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

For medically underserved populations, our one-stop-shop healthcare model reduces barriers to care and increases the likelihood of maintaining long-term health. HOPES accepts most insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare, and the uninsured. For the uninsured, we offer discounted services based on a sliding fee scale.
