Description

Therapist needed for a full-time, direct hire position in Camden County.

Therapist for a community-based long-term residential treatment for female youth ages 11-19. The program is comprised of three supportive homes where young girls work closely with therapists and counselors to learn, grow, and heal.

The Therapist provide a variety of direct counseling services using individual, family, and group methods. The Therapist formulates and implements treatment plans while organizing and carrying out a work schedule which consistently adapts to the varying needs of assignments. The Therapist is an advocate for the youth and their family while also providing referral services. This individual provides case management on site, in the home, and the community. The Therapist is comfortable interacting with families and is a role model for individuals in the Envision program.

 
Position Requirements

NJ LCSW and 3 years' experience working with at risk youth. Current driver's license with a driving record of at least three years. Vehicle with current insurance and registration.
