The SIGINT Course Manager will be a conduit between the FORSCOM need and the INSCOM Functional Lead (Government) for ensuring the development and implementation of SIGINT courses are in line with the expectation of the discipline and the needs of the force. The AOC SIGINT Course Manager is part of the concept entitled Comprehensive Operational Support to the Military Intelligence Training Strategy (MITS).  The abbreviated concept title is COTS-M. The AOC SIGINT Course Manager supports the contractor COTS-M Course Manager to ensure an integrated effort. - Accountable for all aspects of the AOC-SIGINT course functions assigned to Contractor personnel staff. - Manages the hands-on, day-to-day accountability of AOC-SIGINT instruction and delivery. - Assists the POM in assessing new hires and ensures Contractor personnel are trained, are capable, and maintain their job currency.   Position Requirements Qualifications Education: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline - Graduate of Army Instructor School or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e. NGA College, NSA ADET, etc.) Experience: - at least 10 years of related experience - Demonstrated proficiency in tactical and strategic SIGINT collection equipment, SIGINT analysis, and SIGINT Collection Management Skills: - Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers and subordinates.
