The Outbound Customer Service Representative will work in the following programs: survey work, database entry, and market research. The Outbound Customer Service Representative supports the Company’s processes through professional communications, both to and from customers, on behalf of the company's clients. As a result of customer contact, he/she updates the Company database with all appropriate information. The Customer Service supports all quality assurance efforts and Program criteria, while dialing out.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. May spend extended period on the telephone, at the computer terminal or operating other office machines, requiring eye-hand coordination and finger dexterity.
