Customer Service Supervisor - Mancini Beverage 



Oversee and supervise all customer service, clerical and administrative support staff. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.


  • Duties/Responsibilities
    • Oversees customer service, clerical and support services, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
    • Assists customer service, clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency in the Customer Service Department
    • Ensure that nightly process and all functional processes are completed in an efficient and timely manner
    • Completes, prepares, and distributes various forms and reports.
    • Maintains records, documentation, and files.
    • Schedules meetings and daily operations.
    • Participates in budget preparation and administration.
    • Evaluates and implements policies and procedures.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Bachelors Degree Preferred

At least 3 years Customer Service / Office Experience
