SUMMARY: Allen Corporation of America is an Authorized Business Partner of Mitel and the Customer Service Liaison will be dealing with projects that include both Cloud and on-premise solutions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The work environment will be either at a company office, at the employee’s home office or at a client’s office. Responsibilities may be carried out on-site at the client’s location or may be accomplished remotely. Support may necessitate after hours schedules.

The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Experience and certifications on Mitel solutions are required or must be attained. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree with five plus years of experience. Five years’ relevant experience may be substituted for education. Mitel certifications will be considered in lieu of education.
