LERETA is an industry leader with an enormous focus on technology, innovation, and commitment to service excellence.   Open Date 8/2/2020   Position Outsource Delinquency Lead   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Category Tax&Flood   Location Rancho Cucamonga   Req Number TAX-20-00118   Description ax Procurement •    Procures tax data from tax agencies.  Tax amount data procurement method consists of telephone, e-mail, fax communication to taxing agency jurisdictions. •    Interprets tax amount data and statuses per property taxes received from taxing agency jurisdictions and effectively identify tax status for payment processing. Workflow Management •    Effectively monitors, reports, and communicates status of work assignments and statistics to Team Lead/Supervisor while identifying any opportunity to increase efficiency processing research task.   •    Accurately prepares production/statistical reports to mortgage lenders and direct supervisors. Customer Service •    Responds to mortgage lenders and taxing agency jurisdictions by utilizing effective verbal and written communication in a prompt and accurate manner. Quality Control •    Applies and supports the implementation of new or modified policy and procedures as instructed to ensure Task Delinquency standards are met. •    Accurately prepares production/statistical reports as applicable.   Position Requirements •    High School Diploma or equivalent. •    Experience in Microsoft Excel 2007, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Access 97. •    Extensive knowledge of the LERETA online system, Black Knight (MSP) and/or Fiserv Servicing Systems.  •    Extensive knowledge of how to research and process task, including difficult penalty determinations. •    Minimum of 3 – 5 years in Tax Service and/or loan service experience or 12 – 18 months experience as an Outsource Delinquent Processor III   EOE Statement We are an Equal Employment/ Affirmative Action Opportunity employer.
