This Program includes an Outpatient Therapy component and an Intensive Outpatient Program. Duties include: Oversee the day to day operation of the Program ensuring prompt delivery of high-quality service. Supervise the clinical and administrative staff which includes 6 therapists and 2 administrative staff. Participate in the selection, hiring, development, performance and evaluation of staff. Ensure program compliance with applicable governing body requirements. Ensure clinical record compliance and applicable licensing and credentialing guidelines. Arrange for and participate in training programs, including orientation of new staff members. Conduct Intake Evaluations of clients as needed.   Position Requirements PA LCSW with five years previous work experience which includes two years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency (one of which was spent working directly with chemically dependent individuals. Supervisory experience. Knowledge of delivery of addiction services in the local behavioral health care system.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
