Responsible for receiving payment from Guests in a prompt and courteous manner.

Responsible for adhering to established cash control policies and procedures of the Venue.

Answer guest questions and directs concerns to appropriate management.

Advise Guest of waiting time and condiment area to the Guests.

Assist in maintaining standards of health, safety and sanitation.

Participate as a team member with Supervisors, Chefs, Cooks, Cashiers, and all other pertinent Associates in ensuring an efficiently run operation.

Responsible for preparing food orders in a timely manner according to the established procedures of the Venue.

Follow all recipe and control procedures.

Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with state health regulations.

Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all Associates, by setting positive examples at all times.

Responsible for preparing, seasoning, finishing and garnishing all food in kitchen preparation in accordance with established specifications.

Responsible for delivering excellent Guest Service in an upbeat, friendly manner.

Assists in all area of food and beverage production as needed.
