Job Summary: Group Co-Facilitator will meet with facilitators weekly to discuss and prepare for group. This meeting will also take place post group to debrief and discuss the following week. Group Co-Facilitator’s main job is to assist the Group Facilitator as needed.

Essential Functions:

Prepare all necessary paperwork for meeting

Collect Homework from group participants

Report any discussion with group members to facilitator

Assist facilitator(s) as directed

Any additional functions determined as necessary by group facilitator and/or director

Co-Facilitator must be available during group sessions and up to an additional 5 hours/week

Participate in the group planning, considering the changed nature of the group presentations in these CoVid times



Professional phone manner

Computer Literate

Rapport skills/Ability to develop therapeutic alliance with group participants

Flexible/creative thinking regarding keeping group members involved who do not have the necessary technology to connect to the program

Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Successful completion of BIP training, ideally the Duluth Model: High School diploma


Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt  
Weekly Work Hours 5-10 hours  
Schedule Wednesdays 3pm- 8pm; Some additional as needed
