Share Email Opening Title Project Management Associate  Description New Products-Project Management Associate Aspire Pharmaceuticals, located in Somerset, NJ is seeking a New Products- Project Management Associate. This person will drive and improve the process of new product development & commercialization for our growing and expanding business. This person should have an expanding track record of managing new products from concept through to the first production run. Key Attributes for This Role Are: 1. Contract Manufacturing & Commercialization expertise: o Ideally, you should have experience in project management, new product development and manufacturing operations, preferably in a Nutritional Supplement or similar manufacturing environment. 2. Understanding the tools of the trade: o Good experience and understanding of ERP Systems, MS Project, Excel and Word. 3. Passion for Continuous improvement: o You should have a proven record of driving product innovation development and delivering commercialization process improvements. 4. Project facilitator and communicator: o Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Leadership: o In this function, you will be counted on to deliver information to key stakeholders that results in delivering on time new product commitments for our client customers. Key Responsibilities 1. New Product- Project Management Execution: o You will manage the ongoing project flow through our internal manufacturing. You will need to drive internal operations teams to gain alignment with resources needed to complete new product launches complete and on time. 2. Cross functional collaboration: o You will work closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Quality and Procurement to ensure flawless and timely execution of new product, promotional, and seasonal launches. 3.
