Share Email Opening Title North America Controller  Description POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting directly to the North America General Manager, the North America Controller is responsible for the financial management of our largest and most complex businesses. With an acute focus on operations and people, the role will lead day to day activities such as financial reporting, planning and analysis, variance analysis, driving operational performance along with forecasting and budgeting. Annual tax planning and management, development of the Annual Operating Plan, commercial analysis and support and driving for results are critical to this role. The North America Controller will manage a team of two as well as support global operations through transfer pricing analysis and the management of intercompany allocations. The role will lead and/or influence a diverse group of people across the organization to ensure alignment with corporate culture and strategy.   Position Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and five to eight years of experience in financial management in a manufacturing environment. Understanding of accounting within a manufacturing environment including experience with financial reporting and analysis. Must be a strong change agent, problem solver, and possess business acumen. Comfortable with 25% travel and some International travel.
