Control Algorithm Engineer. Auburn Hills, MI. Develop motor control and EMS control algorithms. Analyze and interpret customer requirements. Create functional requirements, system models, test plans, and instructions to define, validate, communicate, and calibrate algorithms. Validate algorithm design using simulation benches and test vehicles. Communicate with global application teams and customers to support design use and application. Requires Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and coursework in Linear Systems, Design of Digital Control Systems, Nonlinear Systems and Control, Mechatronic Systems Design, and Modeling Dynamic Systems.
