Mon– Fri from 5:00am – 1:30pm,

Job Summary:
Under the supervision and direction of the MHS Manager, the Lead arranges the service experience for clients while working alongside coworkers to ensure the site’s service standards are met or exceeded. Under the direction of the Manager, the Lead has additional duties involving coordination and administration, as well as providing guidance when the manager is not on-site.
Note: Lead Valets must acknowledge receipt and understanding of job descriptions for each position/ task they will be overseeing, to may be responsible for performing all functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibly and safely parks and retrieves guests’ vehicles.
Assesses and documents any vehicle damage before pursuing service.
Records the location of the parking space as well as the number on the valet ticket.
Parks and retrieves vehicles and drives slowly/ cautiously.
Assists patients and visitors with directions and other inquiries as needed.
Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to patients and visitors upon arrival.
Promotes a teamwork philosophy through leading by example.
Leads the work group in delivering high levels of guest service.
Appoints fellow associates to certain routine roles.
Assists with administering a time and attendance system, including building work schedules, assigning employees, notifying employees of any changes, and monitoring employee attendance.
Communicates effectively, both verbally and written.
Models appropriate dress, grooming, and performance.
When possible, resolves conflicts between employees, escalating to higher levels when appropriate.
Remains composed under pressure and maintain control in all situations.
Maintains safe, clean and neat work environment by following standards and procedures.
Maintains strict confidentiality related to work information (in accordance with HIPAA).
Performs other duties as required
Qualification and Requirements:
Base pay ($10.00)
High School Diploma/ GED and 1 year of related experience.
Required to have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions and present most recent driving record.
Must be able to drive a stick shift (manual/ automatic).
Must be able to work legally in the United States.
Must pass background and drug screenings.
Previous experience in one or more of the areas in which the team lead will supervise.
Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
Required to meet immunization or health screening requirements.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
Willingness to work in the elements (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.).
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, talk, see, and hear.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally. Must be able to push and pull 75 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to push and pull (on wheelchair) 100 to 350 pounds, frequently over considerable distances.
