LERETA is an industry leader with an enormous focus on technology, innovation, and commitment to service excellence.   Open Date 7/13/2020   Position Mongo-Linux-Windows Administrator   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   Category Information Technology   Location Pomona   Req Number INF-20-00022   Description The positions focuses on Mongo data architecture and administration, as well as Windows and Linux OS administration, and manages MongoDB deployments, design metrics, analytical tools, and benchmarking. Administers and monitors health of Windows, Linux and VMware servers, both physical and virtual including OS, management, hardware and software Provides installation, configuration, integration, and upgrade and testing services Determines root causes of issues, providing resolution and communicating back to clients on results Maintains standard operating procedures documentation Responsible for file system administration, user administration and Operating System build procedures Responsible for providing support for Windows and linux team, handle the escalated issues and requests from juniors adhering to SLAs Responsible for creating, reviewing and modifying various documentation Continually evaluate the operations of the environment and assist in the optimization and delivery of server infrastructure Engages in monitoring & backup using Mongodb ops manager This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department.   Position Requirements 5 years of experience in MongoDB, Mongo CE 3 + years of working experience and expert knowledge of Windows administration and troubleshooting 3 + years of working experience supporting, maintaining, and administering Linux servers Experience in data partition, query optimization and monitoring Experience in designing MongoDB replica sets and multi-shared cluster Experience in upgrading and migrating various versions of Mongo database on different platforms Experience in designing and developing load balancing Mongo applications. Experience on MongoDB scaling across data centers and/or in-depth understanding of MongoDB HA strategies, including replica sets Experience/Knowledge of MongoDB third party tools (ROBO Mongo, MongoDB compass) and mongo-built in binaries to monitor and analysis the performance of MongoDB Experience in managing MongoDB deployments in Public clouds Scripting experience (Bash and Python) Preferred Education and Experience 2 - 4 years related system administration experience 3 + years of working experience and expert knowledge of Active Directory administration and troubleshooting 3 + years of working experience supporting, maintaining, and administering core Microsoft technologies including Windows Server 2003 (and beyond)   EOE Statement We are an Equal Employment/ Affirmative Action Opportunity employer.
