Summary
Our company is seeking a creative Web Developer that can work with our IT team to achieve our business’ digital goals. The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on professional with an ability to translate our business needs into client-friendly functions that will expand our website’s influence in our industry. The Jr. Web Developer will be responsible for updating our current websites, web applications, and supporting our mass mailing system.
Essential Functions

• Strong teamwork skills • Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our websites
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply
• Communicates with others as directed on behalf of the IT Director
• Assist department in estimating client IT proposals
• Assists with special projects and events as directed
• Create and update website with a high degree of quality
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Implement and maintain high-quality SEO policies and incorporate them with content produced for the website
• Establish and promote coding guidelines, best practices and standards
• Collaborate on code reviews to ensure quality of code base
• Other duties as assigned
What We Require
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Computer Science or related field
• 1+ years’ experience in .NET Web Development
• 1+ years experience with C#, WCF/ Web API services, MSSQL, .NET Core, and ASP.NET
• Some expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
• Knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Platform
• Experience Entity Framework and LINQ
• Experience developing in Visual Studio
• Experience in hosting applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Git Repositories • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Expertise in managing projects with Azure DevOp
