Hours - 2nd shift with initial training on 1st shift   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for reviewing production and batch records for completeness and releasing product in GP system. Communicate with the Warehouse personnel the approvals and any impoundments required. Train and provide feedback to document owners on documentation errors for continuous improvement, as well as cGMP compliance. Instruct introduction to cGMP course Maintain Signature Cards Coordinate, perform and document Internal Audits Maintain visibility on Production and Processing floors and perform spot checks on product and documentation Establishes quality defect standards for use when detecting critical, significant, and minor defects. Ensures the product color/odor standards, and Quick Guide reference book is updated and available on each production line. Assist with or perform the investigation and documentation of non-conformances, deviations and complaints. Maintain material control and coordinate with warehouse and operations on movement of affected materials. Perform and document the approval of incoming packaging material receipts for production.
