Share Email Opening Title Engineering Support 4  Category Engineering   Description The Engineering Support 4 will provide engineering, technical, and program management support to the United States Coast Guard. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Provide engineering, technical and program management support to the Coast Guard CG-9335 SCIF Project Lead and CG-9335 PM/Engineering Lead for Coast Guard's Shipboard and Shore-side Intelligence Systems (i.e. Tactical Cryptologic System) and other C5I (Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence) systems (e.g. Interior/Exterior communications systems, Command and Control etc.) in accordance with the guidance, practices and policies set forth in the Major System Acquisition Manual (MSAM) COMDTINST M5000.10 (series), Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC). Provide research, analysis, and supporting documentation to aid in the design and development of Shipboard and Shore-side Intelligence Systems solution for surface and shore-side Coast Guard assets. Assist government officials in the market research in support of identifying potential Shipboard and Shore-side Intelligence system solution based on acquisition strategy addressing DMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources) concerns and provide support during design, integration and installation of these systems and their components. Provide C5ISR technical subject matter expertise during all the phases of SELC, which includes system requirements/specifications, architecture, design, development, integration, testing, information assurance, and deployment. Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
