The Position: We’re looking for a Janitorial Site Supervisor with a sense of ownership a willingness to grow and advance, have an eye for detail, and can perform efficiently in a physically demanding environment. This position works side by side with their team to provide janitorial services. The pay range we’re offering is $14 -$15 per hour based on prior work experience. The hours will be 6 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., Mondays through Fridays. Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug testing. Must be authorized to work in the United States, EOE. Must be 18 years or over to apply.
Essential Job Functions:
Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the client and their property.
Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Follows and maintains safety programs and schedules within the company and educate staff to follow OSHA, state and federal regulations.
Perform quality, service and safety inspections; monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies and equipment.
Ensures the janitorial team is professional in appearance and demeanor at all times.
Report employee personnel and customer issues to manager in a timely manner.
Responsible for the supply and upkeep of all chemicals, tools and/or assigned equipment of the property in a safe manner according to company policy.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

Job Qualifications:
18 years of age or older
High School or GED (General Education Diploma) preferred
A minimum of three (3) or more years of service industry experience
A minimum of three (3) or more years of supervisory experience
A valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance is required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers
