The Breakfast/Lunch Server provides friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Presents menu, answers questions, and makes specific beverage, appetizer, entrée, and dessert recommendations.
  • Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
  • Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
  • Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Responding promptly and courteously to any requests.
  • Garnishes and decorates dishes preparatory to serving.
  • Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
  • Assists other staff members in their duties and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.
  • Performs general clean up and side duties with in assigned time frame.
  • Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter
  • Pre-bus tables between each course.
  • Perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment.
  • Complete opening and closing checklists.
  • Maintain clean and stocked service and dinning areas.
  • Provide proactive beverage and bread refills
  • Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, and process through the POS system.
  • Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
  • Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements


  • TIPS/TAMS Certified
  • POS experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage pairing preferred but not required.
  • Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed and able to maximize use of time, resources and technology.
  • Dependable and meets goals.
  • Exemplifies professional conduct, appearance and adherence to company Core Values


  • High School or equivalent

Physical & Other Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Evenings, weekends and holidays are a regular part of the schedule.
  • Must have excellent attendance and conduct record for consideration.
  • Pre-employment math test required.
  • Non-smoking candidates preferred.
