SRG is a Washington, D.C. based restaurant company. We create original concepts and help real estate developers, hoteliers and commercial property owners enhance the value of their food and beverage real estate. Privately owned, it is led by industry veterans Desmond Reilly, Kristopher Carr, and Stu Damon. Founded in 1998 and repurposed in 2013, SRG’s core business is the development and operations of three restaurant concepts, The Walrus Oyster & Ale House, CHICKEN + WHISKEY, and doi moi all located in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. SRG is currently executing its full service and fast casual growth strategy.

Greet, serve, and communicate with guests cordially throughout their entire visit to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience
Maintain high knowledge of the food, cocktail, wine, and beer menus to explain the items to guests in an enthralling way
Respond to guests' questions while suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, specials, etc.
Properly present, open and serve wine
Work with other servers as well as with management, hosts, bussers, food runners, and bartenders to create a seamless dining experience for our gusts
Enter all orders via POS system in a timely manner according to guests' coursing preferences

Meets state minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
1 year of previous serving experience (Preferred)
Able and willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays (Preferred)
