Diesel Technical Service Manager. Troy, MI. Develop training program for Hartridge diesel test equipment products, software, processes and policies. Provide engineering support to OEM customers, including management of technical hotline. Provide sales support including equipment training to technical and sales team. Produce new Test Equipment/Diesel Product diagnostic tools for remanufacturing injector product. Produce “how to” videos to support technical service. Requires at least four years of experience in use, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of diesel test equipment, use of PLC to analyze Common Rail Injector and Pump Boards CRIB data, use of MAGMAH Plus software, technical diagrams, oscilloscopes, multi-meters, pressure calibrators, mass over-check and viscosity measuring equipment to diagnose faulty components.
