The position works closely with organizational business partners to drive operational excellence. The role is responsible for performing detailed requirement analysis, documenting processes, and performing/coordinating user acceptance testing. Business Analysis   Develops quality business requirements documents, user stories, and testing materials Demonstrates effective communication with the ability to explain insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management Ensures solutions meet business needs and requirements Performs user acceptance testing Serves as a liaison between stakeholders and users Leads testing efforts Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner Works with client personnel to identify required changes Communicates needed changes to development team This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department.     Position Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Computer Information Systems or related technical field Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and SQL Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations A track record of following through on commitments Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations A history of leading and supporting successful projects   Preferred Education & Experience MBA degree in Business Administration, Finance, and Operations Management, Computer Information Systems or related field Financial Services Industry experience     EOE Statement We are an Equal Employment/ Affirmative Action Opportunity employer.
