Join our team at Cambridge Management Inc.! We are looking for an experienced, office professional to add to our corporate office in Tacoma, WA. Responsibilities:
- Generate weekly and monthly reports
- Compile and distribute weekly property specials
- Prepare and distribute the monthly deadline calendar
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Prepare meeting minutes for weekly management leadership meetings
- Distribute safety meeting materials and track completion of meetings
- Collect and save rental market surveys, track completion
- Collect variance reports and track completion
- Update and distribute property lists
- Set up national vendor accounts for properties
- Document filing
- Assist with invoices, property tax reporting and replacement reserves
- Create spreadsheets and correspondence as requested
- Provide administrative support to leadership team
- Provide coverage for receptionist as needed
