As a talented and motivated full-stack .NET Software Engineer, the role serves as an individual contributor to the technology group that powers LERETA’s tax and flood businesses.   Key Responsibilities   Utilizes established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, MVC, C#, HTML, CSS and JavaScript Designs, codes, tests, and documents Windows Applications, Web Applications, and Web Services Defines and enhances SOA frameworks and supporting technical documents Enhances existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing action plans, and identifying areas for modification and improvement Maintains existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects Investigates and develops skills in new technologies and software tools Creates technical specifications Creates new and extend existing operational documentation Participates in peer reviews and walkthroughs Plans and implements every process step as defined in methodologies Keeps abreast of current and emerging technologies, how they integrate, and drive value for LERETA This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department.       Position Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, or equivalent field Experience in MS SQL and Oracle 5+ years in software design/development, with a majority of time focused on building large scale online applications Experience in relational databases such as MS SQL and Oracle Web Services paradigms experience Experience with RPC technologies such as SOAP, XML-RPC Preferred Education & Experience Property tax experience Development experience in cloud, such as Azure and AWS Containerization, such as Docker and Kubernetes Modern monitoring and tracing tools, such as AppDynamics, Splunk, and DataDog Experience in microservice and cloud, such as Azure and AWS   EOE Statement We are an Equal Employment/ Affirmative Action Opportunity employer.
