Experienced in carpet cleaning and floor buffing (and use of the equipment), Window washing, Deep cleaning; and Able to work as part of a team and individually. Our Heavy Duty Cleaner is responsible for performing janitorial services for HOPES. Duties include general cleaning/janitorial/custodian responsibilities, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, operation of floor buffing, windows, clean and maintain patient areas, clean and maintain clinic areas.. Prior experience in running a commercial carpet cleaner and floor buffer required. Ability to lift 50 lbs or more required. Ability to lift/move furniture if needed. Ability to work as part of a team or individually required. Able to maintain awareness of cleanliness, safety and security of environment. Ability to climb ladders, stand, and walk, for long periods of time required. 1-2 years of Heavy Duty Cleaning preferred. Prior health care experience a plus! High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
