DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures delivery of service in accordance with Agency Policy & Procedures, Mission, and COA standards. Follows the principles of Trauma-Informed Care in the delivery of services, relationships with clients, and fellow staff. Plan, coordinate, evaluate and monitor effective and efficient clinical service delivery. Implement the policy and procedures of Catholic Charities in dealings with clients, staff and the community. Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and contract requirements of funding entities, including all required reports. Provide clinical leadership by piloting new clinical approaches. Identifies opportunities for new service development. Assist with ensuring the program is financial sound by monitoring caseloads and referral patterns. Provision of direct services in accordance with client’s treatment/service plan (group, individual, family). Supervision of staff, students and volunteers as applicable. (If becomes applicable, more detailed responsibilities will be identified). Develops the Quality Improvement process for the program including development of PDSAs. Responsible to assure programs effective and efficient reporting systems. Developing and maintaining effective rapport with funding sources. This may include, but not be limited to YSC, Probation, Courts, other community providers, DCP&P offices, etc. Participates in agency and community committees as appropriate. Coordinate services with other programs within and outside Catholic Charities. Plan and coordinate effective in-service trainings as applicable.
