Redemptions Manager

LERETA is currently seeking a Redemptions Manager for the Dallas, TX location to join our dynamic team of hardworking professionals.

 

  • Develop, evaluate and improve Redemption reporting capabilities, leverage employee and sub-contractor’s strength each day to get the most out of the team's productivity.
  • Analyze and plan resources, workflow and anticipate and manage change, be aware of holiday's, bad weather and be ready to shift teams and or assignments to identify the work that can be done w/ the least effort on that particular day.
  • Anticipate customers’ needs by reviewing and learning what work types we will get when and the approximate amount
  • Constant review of work and resources, constant change to maximize productivity and efficiency and reduce errors and re-work.
  • Ensures employees receive constant feedback, employees should always know where they stand in terms of productivity and re-work, error rate and the constant requirement to continuously improve.
  • Coordinate training for new hires as well as regular training as things change w/ the taxing jurisdiction and our client’s expectations and requirements
  • Continuous improvement, tracking, needs assessment
  • Supervise and report quality control
 
Position Requirements
  • 3-4 years’ Experience Managing or Supervising a Team
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Tax or Mortgage Servicing or related field.
