Full-time position working in our Merion Village office to provide care to clients in our Substance Use Treatment, General Counseling and Child/Adolescent programs.  This nurse will work alongside providers on select days to obtain vitals, perform medication reconciliation, provide patient education, and make linkages and referrals.  Qualified nurse will also perform drug screens for SUT patients, provide patient education groups, give brief presentations on nursing topics in therapy groups, facilitate nursing appointments for injections and patient education, attend community-based appointments, and complete health assessments. This position may also provide cross-coverage at our downtown or other locations.   Position Requirements Must be an Ohio LPN/RN. We are a healthcare facility and as such we require that our new employees are fully vaccinated (both COVID and FLU). Additionally, to promote a healthier workforce, we only hire non-smokers.
