About the Organization Hydrobuilder Holdings (HBH) was initially formed through the acquisitions of Hydrobuilder.com, a leading online retailer of hydroponics and horticultural supplies, GreenCoast Hydroponics, the second-largest hydroponics retailer in the United States, and Los Angeles, Calif.-based Elevated Equipment Supply, full-service equipment and supplies provider for the commercial cultivation and specialty agriculture industries. Description

GreenCoast specializes in providing design services to growers ranging from the hobbyist to the large licensed commercial operators.

We believe that the continued success of our company is due to employing a staff of hard working, team minded professionals. GreenCoast is looking for a experienced Hydroponics Sales enthusiasts  to provide excellent customer service support through strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of accuracy and superb follow through. Help us achieve maximum profitability, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the GreenCoast company values and image. This is a fast paced, diverse, fun job!

Primary Duties:

  • Drive in-store sales by promoting the GreenCoast methodology of building great gardens
  • Assist with checking orders into the store and maintaining accurate inventory counts
  • Ensure all customers needs are met (back-orders processed, emails answered, special shipping requests handled, etc.)
  • Maintain solid customer relationships by promptly addressing questions and concerns
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
  • Communicate and work with various departments as needed
  • Maintain in-store displays

 

 
Position Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Direct indoor growing experience
  • Strong sales skills and drive
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
  • Customer-oriented attitude -Thrive on helping people and teaching others.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to set priorities, respond to changes, and demonstrate flexibility in dealing with daily demands
  • Be tech savvy and able to quickly pick up our point of sale
  • Willing and able to do hard physical labor when required (ability to lift 50+ lbs)
  • Retail sales experience
  • Available and willing to work weekends.
