Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Space stop gauge along calibrated scale, according to length of cut specified, and tighten set screw to secure gauge in position. Place single or multiple layers of material on bed of machine with edges against stop gauge or move lever to advance material in bed of machine against stop gauge. Depress pedal to activate lever type blade that lowers and cuts material. Tend machine that trims excess material or irregular edges from wire. Stack lengths of material on table or in hand truck.
