WAGO Corporation is seeking an individual that will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of the following product lines- DIN rail mount terminal blocks and Chassis mounted terminal blocks.

Experience Required: Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (equivalent work experience also accepted). Previous experience as a Product Manager with knowledge of industrial automation/electrical market is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and exceeding revenue targets for the product line.
- Creation and implementation of product launch for new products - to include product presentations, working with Marcom to deliver tangibles (demo's, promotions, ads, brochures, pr, etc.), road shows, competitive analysis, target market analysis, etc.
- Interface with international colleagues to ensure a positive working relationship and representation of needs for the North American market.
- Become a member of key standards or industry associations.
- Be aware of our competitors' activities and develop responses to these activities.
- Be aware of trends in the marketplace and develop a plan to address these trends.
- Perform product training.
- Coordinate product marketing efforts with Marcom - to include white papers, trade show booth panels, product promotions, etc.
- Coordinate product sales efforts with sales force - to include visiting key customers and/or prospects.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel by automobile or airplane. Travel estimate 25%. International travel will also be required on a periodic basis
