We have an immediate need for a Plumbing Project Manager to manage projects and crews in multiple areas and help us fuel our continued sales growth. Plumbing Project Manager Job ResponsibilitiesPrimary Objectives:
- Gains a complete understanding of project objectives, specifications, estimated costs, materials, labor subcontractors, and customer needs and expectations.
- Coaches, assists, manages, and trains field ttechnicians individuals and crews to complete projects on time, on quality and on budget.
- Coordinates all preplanning, permits, 811, crew schedules, materials, and equipment procurement for each project.
- Manages constantly changing scheduling and priority demands due to many factors including emergency priorities, weather, and crew availability to name a few.
- Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Retains clients and company associates by delivering outstanding communications and satisfaction for both
Work Schedule:
This is primarily a weekday joba salaried position requiring at least 40 -50 hours per week. Some travel and afterhours emergency support are required to support the client, technicians, and potential client needs and demands. The following benefits are also included:
