Hours: Monday – Friday – Flexible between 6am-5pm; occasional off-shift responsibilities.

We have an immediate need for a Plumbing Project Manager to manage projects and crews in multiple areas and help us fuel our continued sales growth. We have been blessed with phenomenal growth over the past 24 years based on bringing professional team-based people together and empowering then to serve clients first in the way they would like to be served. We are continually pushing the boundaries with technology and options through better solution-based services.

Plumbing Project Manager Job ResponsibilitiesPrimary Objectives:

  • Gains a complete understanding of project objectives, specifications, estimated costs, materials, labor subcontractors, and customer needs and expectations.
  • Coaches, assists, manages, and trains field ttechnicians individuals and crews to complete projects on time, on quality and on budget.
  • Coordinates all preplanning, permits, 811, crew schedules, materials, and equipment procurement for each project.
  • Manages constantly changing scheduling and priority demands due to many factors including emergency priorities, weather, and crew availability to name a few.
  • Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Retains clients and company associates by delivering outstanding communications and satisfaction for both

 

 

Work Schedule:

This is primarily a weekday joba salaried position requiring at least 40 -50 hours per week. Some travel and afterhours emergency support are required to support the client, technicians, and potential client needs and demands. The following benefits are also included:

Position Requirements

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • BA/BS University degree with a concentration in engineering, construction management, project management or other related technical experience and education in a related field preferred.
  • Two years’ experience as project manager or related experience required.
  • Proficient with spreadsheet software and project management software
