The position plays an important role in accessing data stored in multiple sources and converting data to support business needs to complete processing. Analysis Examines and evaluates purpose and content of business reports to develop new, or improve existing format, use and control Confers with persons originating, handling, processing, or receiving reports to identify problems and to gather suggestions for improvements Monitors data quality received from customers/lenders and communicate to all parties any issues that may affect our service levels Quality Control Performs quality assurance (QA) in work queues, Excel spreadsheets and other applicable formats Applies and supports the implementation of new or modified policy and procedures as instructed to ensure Tax Line Set up/Audit standards Prepares production/statistical reports as applicable This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department.     Position Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Experience in Project Management Experience with reporting and analytics Advanced spreadsheet skills including macros, relational database knowledge Experience in mortgage loan servicing or tax servicing Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)   EOE Statement We are an Equal Employment/ Affirmative Action Opportunity employer.
