As a Stone Technician, you are most responsible for giving customers a stunning result. Keeping a low profile, practicing safety, and cleaning up after your shift are also critical to your success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate clearly with the Property Manager to ensure all supplies are ready.
- Setup jobsite with special attention to safety & no inconvenience to guests.
- Perform restoration with little to no disruption.
- Clean all residue or schedule support to help clean up.
- Return all equpment in a clean and orderly fashion.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with natural stone restoration - diamond honing, grinding, patching, sealing, crystalizing.
- Flexible schedule.
- Significant walking or other means of mobility.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.
- Bi-lingual is a plus (English and Spanish).
- Coachable.
- Attention to detail & passion for providing excellence.
- Independant preformer that understands the culture is more important than any single team member.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Clean and well groomed appearance.
