This position will also require you to research and propose strategies for diminishing tax liabilities and collect information and supporting documents. Also, provide management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts. Essential Job Functions Multi-State Sales and Use Tax filing Assist with external audits Research and stay up on changing sales tax laws Assist with month end closing and account reconciliations General Ledger account management Preparing and posting General Ledger entries   Position Requirements Qualifications Bachelor degree in Accounting of Finance 1-3 years’ experience with Sales and Use Tax Knowledge of the manufacturing industry Some experience with inventory Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a very, very fast paced environment Excellent time management ability Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to multi-task   NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
