Inbound Sales Rep

You should be self-starter, eager to take on more, and have a willingness to jump in with both feet. We also need you to have experience in an inbound sales environment as well as be able to craft compelling responses to sales emails.

You will be counted on to help drive our team with the singular mission of adding more customers on our mobile service.

If you are an energetic person who love sales, writing emails and mobile phones, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Take inbound calls from current members and potential customers
  • Making outbound calls to current members and assisting with sales call follow-ups to potential customers
  • Other functions that may be assigned, including sales emails and chats
  • Schedule:
    • Mandatory Saturday shift (Saturday hours: 7am – 330pm / 830am – 5pm)
    • Tuesday – Friday (hours: 7am – 330pm / 11am – 7pm)


Position Requirements
  • Experience leading high performing inbound sales teams ready for growth
  • Experience in building a sales funnel that drives higher conversion rates and success
  • A passion for recruiting and developing talent demonstrated in upward mobility for sales advocates across your team
  • MVNO or Telco background a real plus
  • A track record of creating high performance inbound sales teams measured through consistent achievement and outperformance of goal
  • Experience in marketing and mission based selling solutions
  • 8+ years of demonstrating growth in numbers and teams
  • The ability to use data to drive sales and impact go to market adjustments, while being able to report and optimize operational data
